Kinetic Method
KINETIC METHOD is the musical sounds of Sydney-based musicians Luke Koteras and Byron Mark. Luke, well-known for his virtuosic acoustic guitar playing, also brings a solid vocal talent, together with an array of dazzling effects, to the Kinetic Method sound. Byron ads musical flavours with his keyboard work, and establishes a solid groove with his unique percussion setup. With the multi-tasking abilities of both members, Kinetic Method creates a large wall of sound for just two people. They have performed internationally, including the UK, Africa, China, and Thailand during 2006 and 2007. In 2008, Kinetic Method performed a residency in the Australian snowy mountains, as well as touring the north-east coast in recent years. Kinetic Method completed their self-titled debut dance album mid 2009, and has recently completed their acoustic album titled ‘Find a Friend’.

"Find A Friend" would have to be the most professional self produced debut album that we have heard all year, from the moment we received the album we paused for a moment and were convinced that this release had just come out of an LA studio. An entire story book of melodic magic through all eleven tracks, the first listen is so captivating and easy to love you can't help but to hit "repeat" again and again. These two guys were born to write and perform, "Find A Friend" is somewhat ahead of it's time and full of surprises. Musicians will take a bow and enthusiasts will become instant fans. You can tell straight away that their recorded performances have been born from a biography of true experience and passion. One cannot say that they "sound like" something familiar, this album is Luke and Byron's unique signature sound that we ensure will be internationally recognised and admired.
