Delivering substantial power reserves, Dynaudio Delta 40 provides up to four channels of amplification with output levels reaching 1000W per channel into 4 ohms, or up to 2400W when channels are bridged. This high output capability is achieved while maintaining impressively low distortion figures, with THD as low as less than 0.18 percent at 1kHz. The amplifier remains stable under demanding load conditions, making it suitable for large monitoring systems, multi-way setups, and high-level installations.
Dynaudio Delta 40 supports both analogue audio and audio over IP via Dante, with up to four channels available in either mode. When operating over Dante, audio is converted using 24-bit, 96kHz digital-to-analogue converters, preserving signal resolution and integrity throughout the system. This dual-mode capability ensures that Dynaudio Delta 40 remains adaptable to both traditional analogue infrastructures and modern networked audio environments.
Reliability is further enhanced through built-in back-up amplifier redundancy, allowing production to continue even if an amplifier channel is compromised. For multi-way speaker systems, Dynaudio Delta 40 can be connected directly to a Delta DSP amplifier using a single Cat 5 cable, removing the need for external processing and simplifying system design and cabling.
