The d&b Audiotechnik 21S Subwoofer is a high-performance subwoofer designed for use with xS-Series and xA-Series loudspeakers, suitable for a variety of permanent installations.
The d&b Audiotechnik 21S Subwoofer features a single long-excursion 21″ driver in a bass-reflex enclosure, with a large, specially shaped reflex port that allows high Sound Pressure Levels from a compact cabinet. In INFRA mode, the 21S-SUB can complement other d&b subwoofers, extending the system’s frequency response down to 33 Hz.
The d&b Audiotechnik 21S Subwoofer can be ground-stacked or flown, either individually or as a cluster of two cabinets, in any orientation. Built from marine-grade plywood with an impact-resistant black paint finish, the cabinet is fronted by a sturdy metal grille backed by acoustically transparent foam.
M10 threaded inserts are included on the top, bottom, and rear panels for d&b rigging hardware. The Weather Resistant (WR) option, featuring an IP55 rating and a fixed cable, ensures reliable operation in changing environmental conditions.
