The SPL AD Converter Module is a plug and play analog to digital 24 bit converter module offers an optional digital output for compatible SPL units.
The SPL AD Converter Module offers an SPDIF output with both coaxial and optical connectors. The module sports a 24-bit converter and supports sample rates up to 192 kHz. Highly accurate quartz oscillators ensure a clean, low-jitter master clock.
The internal sample rate can be switched between 44.1, 48, 88.2 and 96 kHz. Other sample rates (32, 176,4 and 192 kHz) are set by external syncronization. The converter can be synced to other digital devices via a SPDIF input. The internal oscillators are automatically disabled when an external clock signal is present to prevent interference.
Pre-Installed
Units with optional features are usually built to order (BTO). Please ask your dealer for a BTO unit even if converter-equipped units are not offered (for example in an online store). If you or the dealer have any questions, let us know.
Re-Install
The SPL AD Converter Module can also be reinstalled after purchase by technically skilled personal or qualified technicians. Read and follow all security and mounting instructions in the manual (see below)
