TensorGrip X41 sets the standard as a non-chlorinated adhesive designed for high-strength applications in the acoustic lining industry. Directions for Use:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
2. Maintain ambient temperature between 16°C and 27°C.
3. Use with adequate ventilation and shake the canister well before use.
4. Attach the hose tightly onto the spray gun with the required tip, and connect the other end to the canister.
5. Open the valve on the canister slowly and thoroughly, checking for leaks.
6. Test compatibility by spraying a small test patch on the substrate before full application.
7. Spray evenly from 10-20 cm away, applying a uniform coat for 80% to 100% coverage.
8. Apply additional coats if needed and spray both surfaces to be bonded.
9. Allow the adhesive to tack off until no transfer occurs when touched.
10. Press surfaces together with adequate pressure, using a roller for maximum strength.
11. Cure time: 24 hours.
12. Clean the spray tip with lacquer thinner or TensorGrip® C101 citrus cleaner if clogging occurs; avoid using a pin.
