Pad without air gap
Without air gap, the Bluefiber pad achieves an αw value of 0.95, offering maximum sound absorption and meeting Class A standards (17.3 kPa·s/m²).

Pad with air gap
With a 200 mm air gap, the Bluefiber pad reaches an αw value of 1.00, also classified as Class A (17.3 kPa·s/m²) and providing even higher absorption efficiency.

• 50 mm pad, grey curve: 200 mm distance from the testing room floor, sides closed, total structure thickness 250 mm
