The Dynaudio M3FX is a high-power loudspeaker system designed for large film and television post-production studios, particularly where the console is positioned up to 8 metres from the screen.
When combined with Dynaudio subwoofers and surround speakers, it creates a complete monitoring solution for immersive formats such as Dolby Atmos HE 7.1.4, 9.1.4, and full Atmos theatrical multi-channel setups.
The bass section features four 300mm MSP drivers with low distortion and 100mm ferrofluid-cooled voice coils. The midrange uses two 170mm drivers with 75mm voice coils and neodymium magnets. High frequencies are handled by the D260H soft-dome tweeter with a short waveguide, all integrated via a high-power passive crossover linking mids and tweeter.
Supplied as a two-way active system, the Dynaudio M3FX is best matched with Dynaudio Acoustics DA-series amplifiers with DSP, or DCA-series models with built-in filter cards.
