The Dynaudio M3FX Centre is a high-power loudspeaker for large post-production studios, designed for immersive formats like Dolby Atmos. It features a four-driver bass section, dual midrange units, and a soft-dome tweeter, and is supplied as a two-way active system compatible with Dynaudio’s DA and DCA Series amplifiers.
The Dynaudio M3FX Centre is a high-power loudspeaker system designed for large-scale film and television post-production environments, where the mixing console may be positioned up to 8 metres from the screen.
When paired with Dynaudio subwoofers and surround speakers, it delivers a complete immersive monitoring solution, suitable for Dolby Atmos HE configurations such as 7.1.4 and 9.1.4, as well as full Atmos theatrical multi-channel systems. The Dynaudio M3FX is available in dedicated left-right and centre channel versions.
Its bass section features four 300mm Magnesium Silicate Polymer (MSP) drivers, each with 100mm ferrofluid-cooled voice coils for low distortion performance. The midrange is handled by two 170mm drivers with 75mm voice coils and neodymium magnets. High frequencies are reproduced by the D260H soft-dome tweeter with an integrated short waveguide. A high-power passive crossover is used internally to connect the mid and high-frequency drivers.
Supplied as a two-way active system, the Dynaudio M3FX Centre is best powered by Dynaudio Acoustics DA Series amplifiers with onboard DSP, or the DCA Series with integrated filter networks.
