The Tube-Tech ME 1B features a low-frequency boost section (peaking), a mid-frequency attenuation section (dipping), and a high-frequency boost section (peaking). Its filter section is passive, followed by a tube-based push-pull amplifier to restore the gain.
Both the input and output are balanced and fully floating, with transformers that include a static screen between the primary and secondary windings for enhanced signal integrity.
