The Tube-Tech MP2A is the second release in TUBE-TECH’s upgraded range of mic preamp/DIs, following the modular PM1A. These new preamps offer greater headroom and fidelity compared to previous models, with extensive listening tests placing the MP2A among the top preamp designs in the world.

  • Adjustable gain: +10 dB to +70 dB (10 dB coarse steps, +2 dB fine steps)
  • Direct Instrument Input (unbalanced): gain from +10 dB to +60 dB
  • All-tube amplifier
  • Input transformer enclosed in MU-metal can for shielding
  • Balanced and fully floating input and output transformers with static screen
